Maxed Elite Shoes not durable (Apex and Zeus)

The quality of recent Maxed Elite running shoes is severely lacking. I am not a heavy runner and weigh 70kg and can always easily get more than 500km of road running from running shoes. I had two pairs of Maxed Marathon shoes previously (2020 and 2021), and could get more than 500km from these shoes.

But in the last few years Mr Price sport has started selling rebranded Chinese shoes as their Maxed Elite line-up. These shoes are expensive relative to the older models, but are not durable at all.

The Maxed Elite Zeus shoes (which is a rebranded "Health 788s" Chinese shoe) did not even last 90km. The outsole rubber is so soft and I ran through the outsole rather quickly.

The Maxed Elite Apex shoes are even worse. The outsole rubber is so soft, I ran through the outsoles in less than 60km.

This is not the quality I have come to expect and gives Maxed shoes a bad reputation for durability. Please stop buying and rebranding shoes from these brands and bring back the quality from previous years.
