maxed bags terrible quality

In December 2015 - I purchased 2 x back pack sport kids for my kids. The only started using these bags last week to take their sports clothing to school. The one bag has totally torn apart at the seams. I never kept the till slip, as one doesn't expect anything to go wrong with a simple item like a sports bag. Wasted money - cause we cant use the bag anymore. Bad bad quality
