Manager with a bad attitude

hi,<br> <br> I am a regular customer of Mr Price Sport- Centurion Mall, and last week Thursday, 19 November 2015, I visited the store with an intention of buying something for myself. I saw a lady shouting at the sales staff in the full view of the customers. One of the ladies burst into tears right after the encounter with that woman. When I enquired further, I was informed that the woman was the new store manager. What made me enquire about her is because she was not wearing a name tag. I just left the store without buying anything because I was disturbed by what I witnessed.<br> <br> On Thursday, 26 November 2015, I also witnessed the same woman shouting at the sales staff, and again, in the full view of the customers. And I asked myself, is this the kind of reception I am going to always get whenever I visit the store. Now I know the reason why the staffers are no longer the same people that I know, who were always energetic and smilling to me each time I walked in the store.I appeal to the management to address this bad attitude before it is too late.
