Jumping the gun!

SInce last year have been trying to get this account reconciled, but I am failing because I am being let down by the accounts dept of Mr Price! <br> After my last payment total due was R300 (discussed with S Rajah via phone), which since then just escalated many fold!<br> I have requested the statement and received it from S. Rajah but since last year every time I tried to reply to her it said that she is on leave??<br> Now I am getting smses saying that summons and, judgment and and further costs are about to happen...<br> Frankly I am having enough of this hogwash: Guys get your act together: go through the history and what has been said and sort this out.<br> Once we can agree that I owe you that R300 then I will balance that off!
