Irritating Shopping Experience

<p>I had a very frustrating shopping experience at Mr Price Sport Gateway (Durban) last night. I have a Mr Price account (which has never missed a payment) for a while now, and last night my wife needed to purchase some items for herself and my daughter. When we wanted to checkout at the tills, I realized that I had forgotten my Mr Price account card at home, so asked to see the manager. He indicated it wouldn't be a problem, yet after speaking with another lady, I was told I wasn't allowed to purchase (on my account) without my card. Please could a decision maker contact me and explain how the valid account holder (with my drivers license) is refused to purchase items from YOUR company, but if my card was ****** that morning, someone could go into a Mr Price store and max my card out, but that is alright by Mr Price, please can someone explain that to me !! </p>
