After noticing a few discrepancies in my monthly statements (I am a MRP account holder), I noticed that I am being for a MRP Mobile account. Funny enough, I have never app**** for, signed for or excepted anything related to this - unfortunately the call centre staff were unable to comprehend this is I had apparently signed for this at a branch in Krugersdorp. After a lot of back and forth - being accused of lying and being treated horribly - the delightful staff at Mr Price have been unable to find any record of me signing or receiving the package. How can you bill someone for something that they DO NOT HAVE?! Furthermore, how could you allow for something like this to happen in the first place?
