I've had the worst experiance with Mr P Sport i have never been so disappointed in a brand. On the 27th September i ordered the following with order number # ********** 09299 Pro Gym Fitness Gloves ********** 053003 Colour: Black Item Size: S Qty: 1 R149.99 700ml Acrylic Water Bottle ********** 075001 Colour: Charcoal Qty: 1 R49.99 Subtotal R199.98 Shipping & Handling R50.00 VAT R30.70 Grand Total R249.98

On the 28th i got this email

Unfortunately it seems your order # ********** 09299 has been cancelled and will not be delivered to your desired destination.

I called the number to find out what happed and spoke to an Indian lady im not sure on the surname but her name was Navashi Man.... she apologised stating that the online system did not correspond with what was at the warehouse and that my order was cancelled because they were out of stock on both items, and that now stock was replenished that she would send me a voucher to reorder what i initially ordered.

I proceeded to order and got the oder no # ********** 24284 on the 28th when i reodered. To my surprise on the 30th my order was again cancelled, this morning i received an email from Eugene James (MRP Help) stating there were again out of stock??? like *** !! there items even now still show as available on their website, like nothing has changed.

Now today they sent me a gift voucher again, whereas i want my money back. i want nothing to do with the store Eugene James is the person orchastrating this whole f**** with time wasting tactics.
