Incompetence

After wanting to contact the courier to provide them with the name of the company that the parcel would be delivered they would not provide me with a tracking number or the details of the courier company. They would not take my order number to enable them to know which order to deal with and they kept asking me to hold and having fat chats in the background and passing me on until they eventually put the phone down on me. Honestly the most appalling service and worst online shopping experience.
