in correct advertising

I received a email from Mr Price Sport where they advertise their 4 day sale. When i got to my local Mr Price Sport they didn't't know anything about it but they tried to find out for me while i was waiting for them i decided to phone their head office in Durban. There i was told by a lady the sale is only on-line i told her that's not they way i understood it and for me it was misleading and false advertising and she said it was not. Only at the bottom of the email it stated more summer savings here shop now on selected online promotional items only. The way j understand it that the items above are available in the shops and there are more items available online thats why i say it's false and misleading advertising.
