I want my money back

It's true that it takes just one incident that leaves a bad taste in a customer's mouth for a brand to acquire a bad name. Sometimes it takes just one person. In this instance that person is Praveer Ajodiapersath, the store manager of Mr Price Sport Liberty Mall Pietermaritzburg. On 1 May I bought 2 Junior Mouthguards from the store in question. It was the kind you are instructed to put in hot water for 10 seconds and in hot water for 1 seconds and then place in your mouth for moulding. I followed the instructions to the letter but the mouth-guards came out all contorted and my 11 year old nephews could not even fit them in their mouths, the damn things got completely deformed. On 4 May I took the items back to the store only to be told by the seemingly all-knowing and disinterested Praveer that I had kept them in hot water for too long. In addition, I was to learn for the first time that apparently the store does not take back used mouth guards, even though mine were never used, they were just not usable. I was directed to the some fine print on the slip which only Praveer could see, and that was that. According to Praveer I should have read the fine print on the till slip and it was all my fault, even though there is nothing on the slip that says I can't return the mouthguards. I have turned the till slip over and over again I still can't find anything that says I can't return the mouth-guards that failed the hot water process. What I see on the slip is underwear, earrings and cosmetics. So Praveer is not only discourteous, he is also economical with the truth. I want my money back Mr Price Sport, if you are listening. I would like to believe that PRAVEER is not Mr Price Sport. Prove me right.
