Humiliated and Disrespected at Mr Price Sport Galleria Mall

On 12 Aug 2025, I tried to return a hockey stick bought two days earlier but had lost my receipt. I asked the cashier to check till records — she eventually found my purchase but treated me rudely. The supervisor, Clydon Odyan, refused to assist, walked away, and made me wait over 10 minutes. When he returned, he was dismissive until I quoted Mr Price’s own return policy. Only then was my refund processed.

Afterwards, no one in the store could give me the supervisor’s surname, and none of the staff wore name tags. The cashier was light-skinned with short hair — the only way I can identify her. I was publicly humiliated and disrespected in front of other customers. This branch urgently needs staff training, name tag enforcement, and proper application of company policies.
