How dare you?

On Saturday, 16 September, I went to Mr Price Sport in Brooklyn centre. I walked into store, took a tekkie from the display and turned around to ask the floor assistant where I can find the tekkies. He looked me straight in the eyes, turned around and walk away. I tried to find the tekkies, but the store was such a mess with boxes standing all over, with basically all the shoes on the floor. I went to the front of the store to ask for assistance and they call the very same person to assist me. On enquiry, he apparently did not see me. Really now? Off to the till we went. As we were waiting (the two tellers where too busy talking to assist us), my six year old sees the Maxed Jumbo Bounce Ball. I showed her that there are pink and purple ones. We quickly dug out a ball and proceed to pay (Eventually!!!). My 6 year old tells me that the green and yellow ***** are not as soft as the pink and purple *****. She turns around to feel the difference between the *****, when (According to the till slip) Sonia (Sopha) shouts at her to put the ***** back. I turned around to see what is happening and she is just touching the ***** to feel the difference. I ask Sonia what is wrong and she shouts at me that she (my little one) is going to change the *****. I tell her that she is just feeling the difference in pressure when I'm basically screamed at again that it is different barcodes and what ever else. I told her that it was my first time in Mr Price Brooklyn, but the shop will never see me again. To top it all, she still has the audacity to ask me why? I told her that there is no one on the floor to assist, they stand and diddle daddle at the tills and then she shouts at my child, at which her response was that they are short of staff. I took my bags and left the store. while I was walking out, Sonia was again shouting something at me. When we got outside, my child was in tears, asking me what she did wrong for the woman to shout at her. After I calmed her and got her stop crying, she basically begged me, that we should never go into that store again. Which I promised her I will never do again. I am and are going to inform as much people as I can about this treatment: especially towards my child. Your store are the worst!
