Horrible service

I bought a poor quality jacket 2 (two) weeks ago and I tried to return it t the Mr price sport keywest branch. To my dispair, I wasn't helped since the server was offline and was told to come back by *********** staff; as if I don't have anything else to do. I however went back again yesterday, a week later and still the same problem persisted. The level of frustration was unbearable. And all the staff can say is" I don't know what to do now." Now what are we as customers to do? I find the staff of keywest branch so arrogant and extremely unprofessional. I never thought the service of Mr price would drop so drastically. Never in my life would I ever sit foot in any of their stores. They should really get their staff the necessary training first. Poor and pathetic service.
