Horrible or rather non existing customer service

I have placed and order online and received an email that my order is on its way on the 9th of May Today is the 1st of June and I am still waiting for my parcel to be delivered

I have contacted the customer service department and spoke to Sipamanda on the 20th and he said he will follow up with the courier and phone me back He never did, and also said they must wait 48 hours before they get a response from Fastway. How ridiculous is that.

I then phoned on the 24th and spoke to Pretty who told me exactly the same thing, they have emailed the courier and as soon as they get feedback she will let me know She never did

I phoned again on the morning of the 28th and spoke to Pretty again, after holding for a long time she came back to me and said exactly what she said the first time, she has emailed them and will wait for a response from them She will then inform me, she never did I have also send a message on Facebook on MRP Sport, where I was asked for the order number, I provided it and I am still waiting. From the 9th of May up until the 1st of June no response from Mr Price Sport at all this is truly shocking service, and then they want us to continue shopping with them.
