HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE!!

I have been waiting for my online order for 3 weeks!!!!!!!! No reply on the useless whatsapp platform they advertise. On Tuesday the lady i spoke to said she would escalate. And last night i got an email to say my package was delivered?!?! When i phoned now, the lady was supposed to help me but unfortunately she decided that she was not in the mood and hung up after 10 minutes. Nee man!! How can you be this pathetic? I expect IMMEDIATE FEEDBACK. Order number ***
