Horrible exchange with Mr PRICE SPORT

I have exchange a speaker because the one i received was damaged and i was told it will be ready after 2 weeks at the end of the two weeks i was told to wait another week. I then went to the shot after 5 weeks of the return only to be told that the speaker was never received from the Tygervalley branch and when they called the tygervalley branch the lady who was helping me was told that this order was never made with that branch. Its been over two months of me waiting for the speaker and i was told i would be called to get updates and nothing. The Cavendish Mr price sport service is the most horrible ever , you have to beg to get a service and that speaker was received faulty i do not understand why must i wait for an exchange for 3 months.
