Horrible customer service at Mr Price Sport in Tablebay Mall!!!!!

I went to Mr price sport on Saturday morning at the Tablebay Mall store i needed assistance with the correct sizes and i asked one of the shop assistants that was standing by the entrance leaning against the door and asked for her help she did not even bother to come assist and told me that if the size that i'm looking for is not on the rail that means they have no stock. I then decided to look thoroughly myself by checking the size on the price tag that was placed inside the gym tights as the hangers would say that the item is small where as if you check the price tag they will have a different size which is the correct size.

I then went to go try on the items in the fitting and luckily they were fitting perfectly i then realised that i was running out of time as i needed to go somewhere. I went to the cashier and asked to please set the items aside i will come back in the next hour to pay for the items. When i eventually came back after an hour i went straight to the cashier and asked for the items however i found a different cashier whose name is Erasmus (Erchia) as per my cash sale receipt and told him that i have my stuff as set aside and i was there an hour ago he told me that the cashier lady is on lunch and i said to him he must check below the till for the items and he did not even bother to look and said they not there and then he went to the back office when he came back he told me to wait aside so that he can assist another customer behind i then said why, you need to find my items because they are there you cannot assist someone else who is behind me up until he assists me and he kept mumbling and rolling his eyes he then looked again under the till and found my items, he has very bad customer service and a sticky attitude and he did not even bother to apoligise. What a horrible shopping experience???
