Horrible customer service

Entered Mr Price Sport on the 3rd of January 2018 and could not find my size. With not a single staff member offering any form of service, I took a different item instead. After my fiancé and I went off to pay, there was only one cashier behind the cash desk. Got assistance with no smile and no greeting what so ever. I greeted the staff member about 4 times, but still nothing in return. Throughout this whole experience there was not a single word spoken by the staff member. Really disappointed in the attitude and service.
