Having a job, IS A PRIVILEGE, THEN DO YOUR JOB!!!

I DONT EVEN WANT TO RATE THEM, THEY DONT DESERVE a STAR The lady at the till clearly didn't want to help me... She and her colleague were discussing something in NOT ENGLISH... When she decided to attend to me, she inspected the till slip as if she don't understand how to give a credit. She gave the credit and we waited for authorisation... We waited fairly long for the manager to authorise the transaction, and the manager disappeared again much faster than coming to authorise the transaction. Now I needed to sign the slip, but there was no pen... again the waiting period for the manager started, because she has the pen. I had to step aside and wait, because other clients need assistance. I wanted to leave the store without signing but was afraid they will then not give the credit. Eventually I walked to the back of the store to look for the manager, as the service is unacceptable.
