Go to a different online store

Worst online shopping experience I have ever had. Absolutely unacceptable, awful service: and I am usually super chilled! I used to work in retail so I know the stress, but this is insane. I ordered two small items on the 28th of April. As of today, the orders have not even been shipped yet, they are still "processing". They say that the delay is because of a back log of orders from COVID-19; but I have made orders from other sports and clothing businesses after this order that have already arrived: if you are ill equipped to run an online store THEN DON'T TAKE PEOPLE'S MONEY. I reached out to them 3 times via email/ website feedback and went in store to query the delay. I have not been helped, only given the backlog excuse. From now on I am only buying from their competitors. If anyone from Mr Price sees this, please cancel my order and reimburse me immediately - my account name is the same one used here
