Gift card details ****** while in my posession

I purchased a gift card from Mr Price Sport Mall @ Reds, before it could be used we found out that Samuel Ko***** had used the voucher which was still in my posession at Sheet Street Mabopane. An investigation was done by the very unhelpful staff at the same Mr Price where it was purchased, the area manager had been contacted just to find out that we will not get a refund. This is absolutely unacceptable as they took my money and in turn I got nothing for it. I will be putting this on all social media platforms untill it is resolved, as I now need to waste my time on this matter that the store manager and area manager could not sort out. My money was ****** and I should not be told that there will be no refund.
