Gave bankstatements at store - Get sms requests for it

<p>I was told to draw bankstatements by the sales lady and submitted it to her. </p> <p> </p> <p>I have yet to hear anything but constantly get requests for bankstatements. </p> <p>It costs moneey to draw, so I would like to know where my bankstatements are that I handed in and what the status is of my application. </p>
