Furious customer

I made a purchase online on the 3rd December. I got a link to track my order on the 6th it was out for delivery I am still waiting. Customer service on WhatsApp couldn't assist and online chat box. Eventually I got through to call centre they say it's out on delivery today. This very bad and poor customer service . I am waiting for 3 weeks for my order, unacceptable!!
