Frustrated!

It is with frustration that I write this review but seeing that I'm getting no joy, I might as well....

On the 20th Jan 2020 I placed an online order for two items for collection at the MrP Sport Carlswald Lifestyle.

I received an e mail to collect one of the items from the store on the 21st Jan 2020 (Order #***). Today is the 11th Feb 2020 and I still have not received any notification that my second item is ready for collection. I went to the store on the 7th Feb 2020 just to check in and my parcel wasn't there. Ironically the store has the item in stock but instead of giving me that one and replacing it once my delivery comes through to the store I'm being told to come back! The "store manager / supervisor" said she'll call the online call center and call me back the same day with feedback, nothing!

Mr Price should discontinue online shopping delivery and collections because they clearly do not have the degree of customer service like Takealot and Superbalist!
