FAQ's vs Shipping Delivery Days

I ordered goods from MRSport Online and chose the Door to Door Economy for R50 which says 2-3 working days last Friday 28/08/2015 early morning. I called the call centre and asked how far my delivery is and they advised me that it's 2-5 working days and it will HOPEFULLY come in this week, this is not acceptable as I ordered it knowing that I will get it before my daughter's show. Why does the shipping on the website say 2-3 working days and the FAQ's 2-5 working days? Now I have to wait for a consultant or customer person to call me back as she could not give me a time as this needs to go to Testers to fix as they work off FAQ's and that's how they inform their customer's. I expect my order to be delivered today or tomorrow as I was told my first working day was yesterday (Monday) and today is only my second working day. Don't state something and you mean another thing please. This makes me not wanting to order online as you can never trust what's real unless you go to an actual store. Why have an online option if you do not stick to what you advertise????
