False Advertising. Shocking Service. No Customer Interest Or Solution.

Mr Price Sports advertises online shopping orders will take 5/7 days to be delivered. I made a purchase on the 14th October and I have still not received my parcel. I email and phone daily to get answers like it's been scanned and sitting on the warehouse floor ready for the courier, for 4 days in a row. Another comment was Port Elizabeth is too far from Cape Town. I have to call on a daily basis as Customer Care does not acknowledge my emails. I find this totally unacceptable false advertising and they have no interest in finding a quick solution. My order number is *** Trish Bell
