False advertising, dishonest.......
Mr Price Sport advertises "Take R300 off" on one their shoes. So I place the order online to be delivered to store, only to be charged the full price. No "Take R300 off" as advertised. This was on 31st Dec 2022. Then I try to contact them to enquire about this and cancel the order. They respond in email, "Ntombifuthi Ngidi here from Team Mr Price Sport
I am really sorry your order did not go through your account will be credited.
Have an awesome day further and shout if there is anything else we can help with :)"
What *** is this...... To top it all, my account has been debited for the sale and to date, has still to be credited........

We really are sorry that you didn't benefit from the promo we ran earlier in December , it was purely a system error that did not remove the promo, the item was also out of stock , hence being cancelled.
Our Credit division will be in contact if your account has still not been credited.
