False advertising by Mr Price Sport

I should have read the feedback on Hellopeter before making my online purchase. MR Price Sport sells items under false advertising. On the website they have photos of a product, but they deliver a different model obviously a lower model than advertised.

The they make use of a useless company for delivery. The parcel was eventually not delivered to my home address, as on the waybill, but to the nearest Mr Price Sport shop. I had to drive 160km to collect my parcel. This is unacceptable.

If this matter does not get resolved within 48hours, I will go to the Ombudsman.
