Failure to Respond and Failure to give Feedback

I visited Mr Price Sport in Somerset West on Monday, 18 May 2015 to purchase extra studs for my son's rugby togs. I was told that Mr Price Sport does not stock this stud in this size. They are however the only sport shop who stocks that type of rugby tog and the togs were bought in that specific store. I was promised by the manager that they would get back to me after discussing this with the representative for the studs. I did not hear anything from them. I phoned them during June, but their phone was out of order and I could not get through. Finally, on Wednesday, 8 July, I phoned them and spoke to Julio who promised to phone me back. I am still waiting!!!
