Extremely upset

Yesterday afternoon I went to cape gate Mr Price sport in search of a nice fleecey jacket for my grandfather as a gift for Father's Day today, only to realize just before presenting him with the gift that the security tag was still on the garment. I then went to the Mr Price store in Parow because my grandfather lives in Parow, where I explained the situation to the manager at the store where I was told that unfortunately they couldn't assist me even though I provided them with the receipt of purchase. I am extremely upset about this as I live in Kuils river, my grandfather lives all the way in Parow and to top it all off I have nothing to present my grandfather on Father's Day. Furthermore, I'm told that I have to drive all the way back to cape gate to correct a mistake one of your sales agents made causing me to have to use my petrol and my time to do rectify this mistake.
