Express Shipping to Store

I ordered a pair of rugby togs online from the Mr Price Sport Website on Monday 13_07_2015 and I chose the express store delivery so that I could have my Togs by Thursday 16 July 2015 as my togs had broken. I paid extra for it and at no time did Mr Price contact me to say there are issues or problems with there deliveries. I had to phone them my self today about 4 times to find out where my togs were that I desperately needed for today which is Thursday. Now my togs are only arriving tomorrow and im *****ed for tonight and cant practise. I have the possibility of losing my place in the squad and also injuring myself cause I have to now run with my sneakers. I find this disgusting that they refuse to assist me because of there fault. I will never ever buy online from Mr Price group ever again. And in fact I will be closing my account once the account is settled. This is not service how you punish your customers for your fault.
