Excellent Service from Mr Price Sports Hillcrest

Hello, I wouild like to congratulate Mr Price Sport Hillcrest on their excellent Service and understanding. I purchased a pair of soccer boots for my son 3 months ago, unfortunately these boots started to split on the side. I was hesitant to complain about them, but when I contacted the Mr Price Customer services they responded quickly and informed me I need to go to the store for them to assess the boots. I went to the Hillcrest Branch, and showed the issue to the Store Manager who, promptly asked me if I would like a refund or purchase something else. I was amazed at the excellent service. Well Done to Mr Price Sports Hillcrest.
