Empty Promises

I received a shirt as a gift.After a while the sign Maxed faded and I took it back to the shop in Eastrand Mall.The Branch Manager Roleen refused to help me exchange it for something else.I took this up with her senior Franklin who also refused to help and basically said you must remember it isn't such an expensive shirt so the quality isn't that good.I wasn't happy with his answer and ask for the Head Offices details.I phoned them and spoke to a Michellene who basically said that if the Area Manager nor Branch Manager doesn't want to help she can't do anything but she will take it up with them and come back.What is the reason for a Head Office if this is the attitude that you get.I have left message for Michellene and she doesn't return my messages.<br> It is very clear that Mr Price doesn't have clue that you have 6 months to take an item back(this is law) as they are saying you only have 14 days.<br> I have noticed for a while now that Mr Price keep on changing smaill things on there shirts do they know yhey have a quality issue<br> I wanted to purchase an exercise bike through them but if this is the attitude they give on a shirt than I will not purchase an exercise bike but Makro
