Employee Unhelpful and Dishonest

<p>This complaint relates to your Menlyn Park store. I approached the lady behind the counter to enquire about the price and differences in specs between the Volkano Life Cam (Orange Package) and Volkane Excite Cam (Green Package), as these products did not have prices on them or on the shelf where they were standing. The lady scanned the Volkano Life Cam (R799.99) and said that both cameras were the same price. She was further not helpful at all in regards to differences and specs (i.e: Why one shows "Dash Cam" while the other did not). It has become evident that she **** to me because the the Volkano Excite Cam is marked as R499.99 in your Mall of Africa store. Further, the Volkano Life Cam (which I had purchased) is way over priced, as it sells for R595.00 at Makro.<br /><br />Suggested Solution: Please refund me R300.00 in the form of a voucher, this will honor your employee's statement that both cameras were the same price, since they were not I think it is only fair that I pay the cheaper price. This will also beat the price offered by Makro. Alternatively, please advise if I can return the product for a full refund of R799.99.</p>
