Double billing and incompetence

I usually over pay on my monthly installments and this left me with an amount due to me. I queried this at the Ballito store and the store manager and cashier were clueless. They debited my store account for the items purchased,and did not refund my account when I paid cash for it. The rationale behind me paying cash was because the store manager nor cashier could not validate the amount due to me. They advised me to contact the call center. The call center validating that I had 900.0 that I had overpaid and was due to me. Now I have double paid on the swimwear items purchased. Mr Price, training of your staff is essential. This is sheer incompetence from your side.
