Do NOT order from Mr Price Sport Online

Do not order from Mr Price Sport online - they were meant to deliver my order on 19 August, then delayed to 24 August and then today they say it's out for delivery today. I requested a refund - this is utterly ridiculous. Their response: Please be advised as the item is out on delivery already, we cannot process a refund, you just need to go to the store during the time of collection and ask for a refund instead.
