Dissatisfied customer

Their manager Sibongiseni is not customer based , he has poor customer service which makes me wonder how he got the position or Mr Price sport just wanted someone because it’s a new store so they chose anyone? He is misinformed and doesn’t go the extra mile to fix the mess that he made a week ago on my card/profile. I am entirely disappointed on how a big company can be dragged down by a managers way of thinking and being so arrogant and inconsiderate. Please do better next time when appointing people.
