Disgusting service

Really ****ed off

Went to blue route this morning to return a top. Couldn't find my slip but had the tag on. They werent interested to help me at all. Then got told I can swop for something else. Then went to my car to see if the slip was there. Came back to the shop and just picked something else and went back to the till to find the slip laying on the floor. They would not help me at all because the account holder was not present to sign the return. How is this a thing I have been to plenty shops that returned something that was purchased on an account and they have exchanged refunded or swopped!!!! Where Mr price blue route staff said they can't assist me at all.
