Disgusting customer service

I ordered something from Mr Price online on the 13th November 2020, today is the 27th November and I still don't have my parcel. They do not care about their customers, every time I phone I get put on hold for at least 15 minutes (I think they are hoping I will put down), I have been told on numerous occasions that the parcel would be here the next day. I have asked to speak to a senior person and I am promised someone will phone me back and no-one does. It seems all they care about is getting your money and nothing else. I am appalled by their customer service
