DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE AT MR PRICE SPORT

i am utterly disgusted and disappointed in the service on mr price sport.

its the first time i am ordering online in which i have put this order through 5 Feb 19, since the 12 Feb i have been following up with the agents at the online customer service and all i keep getting from them is "TODAY" - "YOUR ORDER WILL ARRIVE TODAY"

My package is to arrive at canal walk and they not even answering their phones. When i was at the store on Monday to check if has arrived, after i received an email past Friday to say not later than Monday, the assistant checked the log sheet and my order number weren't even on there. NO ONE CAN TELL ME WHERE MY ORDER IS AND WHEN IT IS ARRIVING. I AM SO UTTERLY ANGRY!!
