Disgusted

To whom this may concern, I am writing to you highly disappointed, today 20 September 2020, myself and my husband went to Mr price sport in cape gate Western cape. To start with no one in the shop assisted us, or even asked if they could be of any assistance. Not that it bothers me as customer service is no longer a priority. I went to the kiddies section, and looked at the sneakers, when I turned around I slipped, fell flat on my back and hit my head. There were no warning sign, that indicated that the floor was wet, the lady realized what had happened and jumped to fetch the caution signature board and offered to help me up at that time I was sore and refused her help, and had my husband help me up, still no one came to ask if I was okay or apologized. I look forward to a resolution in the immediate further. Regards
