Disappointing Service Mr Price Sport

I bought a few items at Mr Price Sports Liberty Midlands Mall on the 3 November 2024 . I paid R505.43 for these items, but I was told there was an error and the amount is not reflecting on their bank account. On my side, money was deducted, so that was confusing for me. So they said they can't give me the items I purchased until money reflects on their side. I was disappointed, my kids were also very much disappointed.

Then they took down my number and promised to call me on Tuesday 5 November to update me if money is reflecting on their side and that I must come collect my items, but they didn't call. Today 8 November, they call me and say they are still trying to locate the funds. Today is the 5th business working day and they are still investigating? I want my goods or they must refund me my money ASAP. This is unacceptable!
