Disappointed with the service from Mr Price sport online

I am very disappointed with my recent experience with Mr Price Sports. I placed an online order on October 29th using the click-and-collect option, expecting to receive it within 4-6 days as stated on your website. It has now been over two weeks, and I have yet to receive any notification that my order is ready for collection.

The delays are unacceptable, especially when your delivery times seem to be misleading. I needed this item urgently, but the wait and lack of communication from your team have been incredibly frustrating. Customer service has been no help in resolving this issue or even providing a clear update. Please do better.
