Disappointed

Went to Mr Price Sport in Centurion and was busy getting clothes when they informed us that they were offline, which was acceptable, it happens. We spoke to one of the employees and asked if she can keep the clothes for us till Monday when they will probably be online and we can pay for the clothes on account. It was the only items left in that size so it was important to keep it separate. She was very friendly and assured us it will not be a problem and she’ll keep it separate till we return on Monday, no need to give any info she will remember us, I must just ask for her, she said. I took her name and when I returned today to buy the clothes she was the first one I spoke to. She pretended like she never spoke to me and doesn’t know what I was talking about. After I asked her multiple times to maybe just check, she went to the back to only return to help other clients totally ignoring me while I waited for her. After a long discussion and half hearted help with no results she just said sorry we dont have it. I have never had such bad service from any shop and usually dont moan about it but I just want to bring it under Mr Price’s attention. Mr Price Lifestyle has excellent friendly service but Mr Price Sport Centurion was pathetic.
