Delayed Delivery and Lack of Communication – Mr Price Sport Order

I placed several online orders on 11 December 2025, including an order with Mr Price Sport and a separate order with Mr Price Online.

I received my Mr Price Online order on 17 December 2025; however, my Mr Price Sport order has not yet been delivered. The order status still reflects “Shipped.” Upon contacting Mr Price, I was informed that the courier attempted delivery too late in the day and the store was already closed. Since then, I have not received any further updates regarding my delivery.

I also checked the courier company’s website, which currently lists the expected delivery date as 05 January 2026. This is concerning, as Mr Price Online advertised that orders placed before a specific date would be delivered before 24 December 2025. Based on this information, there is no assurance that my order will arrive in time for Christmas.

Although I was advised that Mr Price would notify the courier to arrange delivery, I have not received any formal confirmation or updated delivery details. I would appreciate clarity on the status of my order and confirmation of when I can expect delivery.
