Debit paid on time, still not reflection.

<p>I always pay my account on time, I paid my instalment on the 30th November, I go into my profile and it states there no payment made, and put a double payment on for this monh, I mailed them, I phoned them, I sent the payment proof to them, still they did nothing it still shows no payment, now that will show a default on my credit rating, that is not on, please do your accounting right, fix this now, and if it was send to the credit bureu, remove it.</p>
