Customer service

I placed an order on the 8th of June, only to realize a day after I made payment that my order was canceled. I’ve gotten in touch by sending endless texts on the Mr Price whatsapp chat, which is entirely useless! Their contact center and twitter accounts aren’t helpful at all. I would like to either get a refund or have the order delivered.
