Customer Not Assisted

I walked into the Mr Price Sport Cresta branch and received no service and was blankly ignored by the staff in the store. I had to wave down a staff member before getting assistance and still the attitude of the staff member gave me the impression that he was not there to assist me. I have gone to three different stores trying to find stock of hockey boots that are clearly advertised on their website, but cannot be found in their stores. I then tried to find assistance or support on their live chat forum on their website, but again no one could assist me. Is it really that difficult to provide a customer service?
