Customer care is pathetic

The online app is pathetic and so is the customer services. Ordered a bikini top. It was shipped 20/11. Till today no delivery. The call centre keep telling me tomorrow, and then tommorow comes wirh no dwlivery. The delivery date is 16 Dec at the moment but each morning they give me another date...
