Friday, 08 January 2016, I went to the store located at the N1 City shopping centre to purchase an 2 wheel scooter (advertised for R299 on an large poster in the window) for my son. I went into the store and could first not find the shelf where the scooters were packed. I went to the back end of the store to look there and noticed a staff member (short lady) walk by, I asked her where to find the item and she kept on walking and talking to another girl. She eventually turned around and talked to me from a distance. I asked for the item and she pointed and turned around and kept on talking to the other girl. She then waved and shouted for some other guy and told him to show us. The guy again pointed towards an shelf and told us to look there and walked away. I went to shelf (no labels) and took an scooter and made my way to the unorganized excuse for an pay q. This un priced scooter was R599. I asked the cashier to find the scooter and she called someone else to try and assist. The other staff member first said it was the wrong picture and wanted to give us an 3 wheel piece of plastic ****. I took him to the poster and showed him the picture on the window.
